Pastors Arturo and Christina Del Rio serve together as Associate Pastors of Valley International Christian Center. Pastor Art graduated from Bethel Bible Institute and Pastor Christina graduated Salutatorian from Valley International Christian College. Pastors Del Rio are the former Youth Pastors of V.I.C.C.

Pastor Arturo is the Director of V.I.C.C. International School of Ministry and is a member of the Praise and Worship Team and Voices of Triumph Choir. Pastor Christina is a Praise and Worship Leader and is the Choir Minister for Voices of Triumph Choir. They have three children: Amanda, Andrew and Arielle.
