
First Lady Rose Mary Loya
Rose Mary Loya was born on August 19, 1970 Rev. Francisco and Rosie Benavides in Pharr, TX. Since an early age, Rose Mary traveled with her family throughout Texas ministering through music in tent revivals and churches. She graduated from Harlingen High School in 1988 and continued her education at Texas State Technical College where she received her Associates Degree in Health Information Technology.
In 1995, she co-founded with her husband and parents, Valley International Christian Center. In the year 2000, she continued her religious education and graduated Salutatorian from the Adame Seminary. Rose Mary is a praise and worship leader and leads the women’s ministry at VICC. She enjoys singing and caring for her four children.
